GerakDulu is not open to everyone yet. Every academy is invited by an affiliate — usually another academy owner or coach who already uses it — so you start with someone who understands your work.
An affiliate sends an invite to your email. No code to copy.
Sign in with that email, name your academy, and you are its owner. Your data is yours.
Know another academy still fighting Excel? Affiliates can invite them — while still running their own.
Affiliates are appointed by the GerakDulu team. They see whether the academies they invited are up and running — never student or payment data.
Past payers become your family address book, and receipt numbers continue from your old book — you do not start over.
Receipt numbers reset by month automatically. Names, items and payment methods are remembered from the last receipt.

The name GerakDulu comes from the Malaysian catchphrase ‘aku gerak dulu, apa-apa roger’ — ‘I'll move first, call if you need anything’.
